Treatment is custom for each client, this may involve a detailed rehabilitation program, exercises, hands on treatment such as manipulation and acupuncture. I’ve worked with Olympic Athletes right through to 99 year old patients.
My expertise includes: Neck and low back pain – including sciatic or nerve irritation, Shoulder dysfunction- impingement and tendon pathologies, Common elbow problems such as tennis or golfers elbow, Knee and hip osteoarthritis (wear and tear), joint sprains & knee cap related pain, Foot problems such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy.
I also have experience with spinal injuries, stroke rehabilitation, intensive care, respiratory therapy, falls prevention and many trauma and elective orthopedic operations. My speciality is solving cycling related injuries using my specialist bike fitting knowledge which I acquired during my time in a cycling high performance clinic.
Further investigations such as MRI’s, x-rays and ultrasounds can be organised to further help diagnose and manage any complaints. Firstly I need to understand your problem so reach out and we can discuss your problem on an individual basis.
